Access to Bin
The green bin will be cleaned on the day that it is emptied by the city. Please leave the green bin at the curb until the cleaning has been completed. In the event that the bin is not cleaned on the day that it is emptied by the city, someone from our team will contact you and ask to have it accessible the following day for a cleaning. Unless otherwise noted by the customer, we expect access to the green bin for cleaning. Inability to access and clean the clean the green bin may result in a cancellation fee.
We do not set specific times to arrive, but rather arrive on the day that the city empties your green bin. We will arrive between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. to clean your green bin.
Any green bin cleaning cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the said bin cleaning.
Payments are accepted by Credit card only. Bin Buddy’s accepts both Visa and Mastercard.
If you’re unhappy for any reason, you can cancel your service and your outstanding balance will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee. Our regular services are deeply discounted and it is possible that someone could take advantage of these prices and cancel their service after a one-time cleaning. The cancellation fee is the same cost as a one-time cleaning price plus a $15 service fee.
Any damage caused during a Bin Buddy’s cleaning must be reported and documented within 2 calendar days (48 hours) after the date of the original appointment. Please be advised that claims reported after 2 calendar days will not be considered.
We constantly seek to make improvements to the Site. As part of these efforts, we collect and analyze certain “Aggregate Information” (information that does not allow us to identify a specific individual such as demographic information, browser information as well as how about how visitors use the website.
When you visit our Site, we may collect various types of technical data. This data includes (but is not limited to) domain and/or Web browser information. We may track which Web site you visited before arriving at the Site and the Web site you link to when you leave the Site. We may also keep a record of which pages of the Site you visit, and how long you spend on each page.
